You can treat your own fabric with the chemicals available on several sites or purchase premade fabric sheets. The problem with the premade is that they cost about 3.00 per sheet. If you purchase finely woven cotton, the chemicals and go to the grocery store and buy a roll of freezer paper. You can make your own sheets at lower cost but obviously more time and effort.

You must pretreat the fabric or it will run badly if any water gets on the prints.

Once you get the fabric, download the Avery label printing software. pretend basically that you are printing a bunch of labels on the cloth. I actually was able to set up the printing so that it printed the circle to cut around the label. Just takes a bit of playing with.
